YOU AND YOUR TEAM
Research Analyst conducts detailed, comprehensive searches and creates in-depth analysis on assigned research projects. Research and extracts data from all applicable sources, ensures accuracy and quality of findings by complying with policies and applicable laws. Develop appropriate search queries to maximize research results. Provides regular communication and feedback to client. Provides regular status updates on research projects to manager. Effectively manage workload within defined deadlines and budgets.
SOME OF DAILY TASKS YOU WILL PERFORM:
- Providing guidance or specialized services that directly support or affect results within one functional area
- Working within area and uses professional procedures and practices to achieve objectives
- Exchanging straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding
- Identifying and solving complex issues using existing policies and procedures
- Understanding, interpretation and setting personal priorities for reaching goals
- Using general professional or specialized knowledge to solve routine problems
- Making decisions guided by policies, procedures and owning business plan, impacting the efficiency and effectiveness of own area
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?
- Discipline specific degree or the equivalent work experience that provides knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts
- General professional and conceptual knowledge of theories and principles within a discipline
- Basic understanding of the roles of relevant functional groups within own area
- General knowledge of business, developed through education, to make informed judgements
- Italian language required
