MIO Architecture

MIO Architecture was founded by Italian Architect Alice Lodi (M.Arch, Polytechnic University of Milan).

During her work in Bogota at the Department of Urban Observatory of “La Salle” University, Alice gained experience in developing strategies to improve the buildings and the urban environment in such a way as to improve the wellbeing of the residents.
Alice then worked for several years with Italian firms, mainly on residential and heritage projects, developing skills on interior design, space planning and expanding her technical skills.

Driven by the desire for new challenges, in 2015 she moved to Cape Town and founded MIO Architecture, having registered as Professional Architect with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP).
